Carmen aims to help clients improve wellbeing through remedial massage and natural treatments, and she takes pride in creating a calm, supportive environment. Carmen customizes care for each person to address their unique needs and improve overall health.
After navigating her own challenging fertility, pregnancy and motherhood journey, she completed specialist training to help support others on the same path. Carmen offers pregnancy & post-partum massage, baby massage, lymphatic drainage, nervous system regulation, deep relaxation and mindfulness as specialities.
Always learning, she studies new techniques and regularly attends health conferences and training to stay informed about the latest research and best practices, to ensure she offers the highest level of care.
