Payments

Payments are to be made in full at the time of booking, this will secure your appointment. An itemised tax invoice will be emailed to you after the appointment has taken place.

Travel for Home Visit Treatments

In-home appointments 10km to 15 km from Fairfield VIC 3078 will incur a $60.00 AUD travel time fee in addition to the consultation fee. Travel costs will be invoiced the day of appointment.

Clients wishing to book home appointments who live greater than 15kms from Fairfield VIC 3078 are encouraged to consider choosing from our Online Sessions to reduce the increase in service pricing due to travel time.

Clients who live further than 15kms from Fairfield VIC 3078 are advised to email Carmen prior to booking online via the contact form.

Private Health Funds

If you have private health insurance, you are responsible for liaising directly with your private health fund to determine if you are eligible for private health benefits in respect of the services you receive from Lumiere Healing and Massage. Please note that health fund rebates most commonly only apply to Remedial Massage and that additionally only some health funds cover home visits / mobile remedial massage.

Communications

Lumiere Healing and Massage aims to communicate to new and existing clients within 48 hours during business hours of business days.

Complaints & Disputes

Lumiere Healing and Massage is committed to client and customer satisfaction. If, in the unfortunate event you are unhappy with the services provided, please contact us via the contact form to discuss your complaint.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Carmen Paff from Lumiere Healing and Massage from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to, or arising out of, your breach of these Terms & Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law I, Carmen Paff, of Lumiere Healing and Massage, will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

Carmen Paff retains the right to amend and update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 24 hours before an appointment will incur a 50% fee of the appointment price.

Cancellations less than 24 hours before an appointment will forfeit the entire appointment price.

Not attending an appointment without prior notice will forfeit the entire appointment price.

Reversal of monies paid will incur a $40.00 administration fee (regardless of reasons for cancellation). Please allow up to 10 business days for monies to appear in your account.

If you are late for your scheduled appointment time, yet are able to attend part of the appointment, your appointment will still finish at its original time in order to avoid inconveniencing the client that has a booking after you. The payment made for the original booking will remain unchanged.

Reduction or waiver of the cancellation fee in extenuating circumstances is at the discretion of Carmen Paff.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not permitted for services that have been provided.

Payments will be non-transferable and non-refundable.

By booking an appointment you are agreeing to this cancellation & refund policy. Carmen Paff retains the right to amend this policy at any time without notice.

There are no refunds for digital and e-products.
